To The Rescue! is a dog shelter simulator where you care for numerous adorable dogs in need of homes. Running the shelter is hard work, requiring you to manage their needs to increase their chances of finding forever homes.

Each day presents new challenges and rewards. Dogs have specific preferences, can contract diseases, and may have negative traits. However, you can hold fundraisers, receive donations, and work hard to help dogs find their perfect companions. Yet, there’s never enough space, and more dogs keep coming.

While some dogs are more desirable, every dog may eventually find their day if you wait long enough. Moreover, 20% of the game’s profit supports real dog shelters through the Petfinder Foundation.

Each dog is unique, with distinct traits, preferences, and personalities. With 28 different breeds, you’ll care for various dogs and match them with adopters’ preferences to increase adoption chances. Upgrade and customize the shelter with spare funds to provide deluxe kennels and assistance with cleaning or upkeep. Balancing the budget is crucial, as you must manage expenses for food, vaccines, and unexpected costs.

Fulfill the dogs’ needs for food, water, shelter, cleanliness, and happiness. Engage in mini-games like Tug O’ War, Itchy Scritch, Fetch, and Bathtime for breaks from the daily tasks.

Face new challenges each day, including random events, disease outbreaks, and tough decisions. Grow and upgrade the shelter to accommodate more dogs, improve efficiency, and enhance their comfort.

In the main story mode, progress from a garage to a giant, efficient shelter, experiencing event-driven narratives and developing story threads. Match dogs’ traits with visitor preferences to facilitate adoption, find fosters when space is limited, and establish the shelter positively within the community through events, promotion, and education.
