Butterfly’s Poison; Blood Chains: In 1918 Tokyo, during a time of global darkness, a wealthy aristocratic family on the brink of ruin becomes the subject of a tale of both love and hate. Five young men compete for the affection of the family’s daughter in “Butterfly’s Poison; Blood Chains” (Chou no Doku), a beloved visual novel known for its mature love story.

Now, players can enjoy the game in both English and Japanese on the Nintendo Switch system, complete with exclusive original scenes for the home console version. The updated version also features new episodes and event illustrations to further immerse players in this captivating story.

The game “Butterfly’s Poison; Blood Chains” (Chou no Doku) is available in both English and Japanese. Players can customize their language preference for in-game text, options, and the digital manual and can switch between the two at any time. The voices in the game will be in Japanese, while the text in the opening movie and credits will also be displayed in Japanese regardless of the language setting.
